Hello!
Jeg har besetmt meg for aa skrive all mine bloggposter paa engelsk og norsk, derav at jeg hare en del international venner som har lyst til aa foelge med I denne prosessen. Saa jeg tenkte en del av bloggingen viser jo nettop hva Miss Norway er saa det foeltes riktig.
Denne uken har vaert helt utrolig hektisk med ting aa gjoere. Men jeg er saa utrlig glad for aa vaere en del av Miss Norway 2018. Tross alt en hektsik uke, har jeg tnekte masse og lagt litt planer for de kommende manedene. Sidne jeg bor I New York, ha rjeg forest og fremst faatt booket et fly hjem saa jeg kan vaere med paa eventet 7 oktober! Dette gleder jeg meg masse til. Det skal bli spennende aa se hva som blir planen fremover og hvordan alt fungerer, samtidig aa faa litt kvalitetstid med venner og familie! Det skal bli godt. Saa Norge, vi ses veldig snart!
En annen ting jeg gjorde denne uken var aa bytte gym. Aa trene og ha en sunn og god livstil er veldig viktig for meg, o gen helt naturlig del av min hverdag. Men noen ganger kan det vaere vanskelig aa ha en god rutine, og man prioriterer daarligere. I det siste har jeg nesten bare “trent for aa ha trena”. Saa jeg trengte virkelig litt ny gym motivasjon! Jeg ville ha litt forandring og ha noe some gav meg listen og gleden til aa trene mer igjen. Jeg har lenge droemt om aa kunne gaa en pass og svoemme (jeg elsker aa bade!). Samtidig som jeg ville kunne gaa paa danse klasser og til og med prove kick boxing. Saa naa ha jeg funnet en plass med alt dette. Jeg gleder meg virklig hverdag til aa gaa paa trening naa.
Saa naa er jeg klar for aa fa any energy med ny gym! Haper jeg kan laere noen nye danse moves! AA best av alt, naar kulda setter inn kan jeg forstatt ta meg en svoemme tur I bassenget! Jeg er klar for aa gi en innsats paa gymmen og jeg er klar for Miss Norway 2018.

I decided to put my posts up in both Norwegian and English, because I have a lot of international friends that want to follow me on this journey, so I wanted to include them in the blog too! I mean, this is where a lot of things going on so. So, let’s start!
This week has been crazy busy with things to do! But I am so happy to be a part of Miss Norway 2018 this year. So, I have been focusing a lot about my plans and goals for the coming months. Since I live in New York, I got my flight home for the event on October 7th which I am very excited for. It will be great to get a head of the next months program. As well as I am super excited to meet up with friends and family for a few days. Norway, I will see you soon.
Another thing that I did this week is to change up my gym. Working out and having a healthy life style is something that is very important to me, and high up on my daily priorities. But sometimes a good routine is hard to keep up if you are caught up in other things or lack motivation. Lately I been just going to the gym because I felt I had too. I needed some new motivation! I wanted to change my environment and to add some extra too it so I feel more motivated to go. I had been dreaming of doing swimming and boxing and dancing classes for a while, so I found a place with all that. I am so happy! For me is a work out more than just a job. I want to make it fun. I want to have the feeling of excitement and happiness by going, than just the feeling of “I had to go just get over with it.”
Now, I am ready to enter this next months with new energy and a new gym! Hopefully I can learn some new dance moves and really get into that kick boxing I wanted to do for a while! And best of all I can go for a swim when the winter cold sets in. I am ready to step up my work out game and I am ready to step up my workout game and ready for Miss Norway!
