Hi everyone! Hope you had an amazing day in the sun!!!

I had my first interview on Tuesday, and it was lovely! The journalist was incredibly nice, and had so many great questions that got me thinking a bit..

We go through life and carry all our memories with us all the time, but in everyday life there are many "folders" in our heads that we don't really open that often. I noticed this very well during the interview. I had to pause a bit and think very now and then, and really feel my way through to find the right words.

Because our memories are there, and the feelings they carry are often very strong... but it's something completely different to actually have to put them into words. Explaining it out loud, in a way that makes sense to others can be a bit difficult. Especially when you're sitting there thinking that what you say is going to be printed and anyone can suddenly read everything! hahahh

But it made me reflect a little on how much we carry, without necessarily talking about it that much. Good or bad, it’s important that we share our stories and feeling with each other. Sharing your joys with others only brings more joy. And if you’re carrying something heavy, it’s so important to try to talk to someone about it, because we’re not meant to carry everything alone. There’s also something really beautiful about being there for the people you love and being able to support them through rough times!
