Som jeg nevnte i mitt forrige innlegg var jeg på Oslo Tannlegesenter i Tordenskiolds gt. 6b for noen dager siden for å bleke tennene. I dag har jeg hentet skinnene og er klar for å prøve det ut. Jeg må gjøre det noen ganger før det gir resultater. Men jeg gleder meg som en liten unge til å se hvordan det ender opp!:D 

Hvis man kjøper blekemiddel på nettet og ikke hos tannlegen, anbefales det å gå til tannlegen først for å sjekke hva slags tenner man har og hvilken farge man har som utgangspunkt. Dette er litt vanskelig på egenhånd, og man får det som regel ikke helt riktig. Tannlegen skal da ut i fra fargen anbefale hvor lang tid du skal ha skinnene i munnen om gangen, og over hvor lang tid. Noen skal bare ha det i en time i tre dager, mens andre skal ha det i 2 timer hver dag i fire til fem dager. Dette må du også se ann ut i fra hvor hvite de blir i prosessen. Selvom tannlegen sier du skal bruke de i en uke, kan det hende det holder med tre dager. Bruk fornuften, husk; tannemaljen er noe du kun får en gang, og den blir borte jo mer man bleker tennene. 

Først må tannlegen lage støp av tennene, slik dere så på det forrige blogginnlegget om mitt tannlegebesøk. Da blir det seenes slik ut: 

Disse er veldig behagelige å ha på faktisk, tro det eller ei:) Når skinnene er i boks må man også ha blekemiddel.

Blekemiddelet fikk jeg i denne pakningen, som ser ut som to sprøyter:

Blekemiddelet skal helst ligge i kjøleskapet, og da er det en selvfølge at barn ikke skal være i nærheten av det!:) En sprøyte skal brukes fler ganger, så tuppen du tar av blir til et lite lokk når du vender den. Legg så en bitteliten dråpe i hver tannlomme. Legg det slik at dråpen kommer ytterst på tannen, du vil vel ikke ha hvite tenner der ingen ser de? 

Da går jeg og legger meg. Jeg skal tidlig opp imorgen, skal nemlig på shoot. Alt om shooten kan dere lese om på søndag!:)

Har aldri laget en video blogg før så dette kan bli spennede! Allerde nå har jeg fått inn noe spørsmål og håper jeg får mange interessante spørsmål til fra dere. Det hadde vært gøy :) Det fins ikke dumme spørsmål bare dumme svar. 

I kveld skal jeg sette meg ned med Idol med noen venner, det faktisk Fredag i dag! :D Og etter et par timer med matte øvelse så er det enedelig helg!

Jeg har vært så heldig og fått Salong 9 til å sponse meg med hårfrisyrer før shoots. Nå førstkommende tirsdag skal Salong 9 lage en flott firsyre på meg, så jeg blir klar til fotografering med Marius Olsen.

Salong 9 ligger i Ås sentrum, og har vært der i mange år. Jeg har selv bodd i Ås, og syns derfor det er ekstra hyggelg npr lokalbyen hjelper til i konkurranser som denne. Salongen ble kjøpt opp av Barbro Torp-Nango i 2004, da hun endelig fikk oppfylt barndomsdrømmen om egen salong. Dette viser engasjement og ståpåvilje. "If you want it, go and get it!" Og dette gjorde hun etter å selv ha jobbet i salongen i 5 år. 

Ikke bare har de klipp, farge, struktur, stripeeffekter, oppsett, fønfrisyrer, til herre, damer og barn. Men de har også egen hudpleier; Helene Nordstrøm Pettersen som utfører Exuviance, en spennende metode for å fjerne rynker, og som bremser hudens aldring.

Det er mye som skjer rundt oss. Vi stresser ofte fra det ene stedet til det andre for å rekke alt vi skal, men tar som regel ikke hensyn til hva kroppen forteller oss. Mye stress kan føre til ryggproblemer. Selv har jeg slitt med en del ryggsmerter nederst ved korsryggen. Dette er IKKE behagelig. Det er derfor viktig å lytte til hva kroppen sier. 

I dag hadde jeg time hos en veldig dyktig Kiropraktor som knakk meg opp både i nakken og nederst i ryggen. Deretter tok han nåler som han stakk ned i huden min hvor problemområdene lå. Kan ikke si at dette var så veldig deilig, men det hjelper ihvertfall en del. 

Etter kiropraktortimen kom den beste delen. Nemlig massasjen. Jeg er en person som elsker å bli massert. Hadde jeg hatt muligheten, hadde jeg hatt massasjetimer hver eneste dag!:)

Today as every other day I  worked out twice in two hours & made a smoothie with ananas & bananas Fresh & heathy .While I was writing emails & contacting a lot of new sponsors I was enjoying my smoothie .The day two day was a very good day where I have been working really hard to get in touch with sponsors .
