Hi. 

So on Thursday my mom and I went for a class of outdoor yoga! It was located on one of the most beautiful beaches in my hometown, Storesanden in Grimstad. This was also the beach I took my first bikini photos for the final.

So this time I was on this lovely beach for another reason. Doing yoga on this place was just amazing! It was so magical with the bird singing in the trees, we could hear the waves from the ocean hitting the beach and the wind between the threes. 

I also heard on the radio the same day I went for a outdoor yoga class that this is starting to be quite popular in many cities around. So I recommend you to check out your local yoga studio if you would like to try some outdoor yoga! Yoga is really good for stretching your body and taking controll over your breath and awareness with can help you both physical and mentally. It is much harder for your core muscles than you might think!
