We are still in the middel of the corona epidemi and I know many of us may struggel these days but
I have some tips to what you can do for yourself to make both you physical and your mental health stronger!
These mornings routines is something that have helped me through the day with energy and helped me to have a positive mindset.
The very first thing I try to drink in the morning is Spirulina.
I drink one glass, with one teespoon every morning before cofee and breakfast. Its best to drink on a empty stomach.
Spirulina helps to have enough energy through the day and boost your immune system. It contains more zink than spinach, more beta-carotene than carrots and more proteins than egg. So one glass of this will get you through the day.
After my drink of algae I try to take 10 min with the fountain of youth, the Five Tibetan rites.
The five tibetan rites looks like yoga positures and they get the endocrine glads system to start. The endocrine glads system produces hormons and regulates our body functions. It is also called chakra and is defined by the indian culture as the energy senter in the body and is related to our mental health as well. The rites is also best to do in the mornings before breakfast.

The positures strech the body, they give you strengthen and balance and you can try to practice breathing at the same time that can help you to calm down and be in the presents. The story behind the five tibetan rites is that you can stay young forever with these rites. So i guess its worth a try.
After i drink my algea and do the rites I try to use a few minutes on, The law of attraction.
The Law of attraction is a concept where there are different practical ways to influence your life positive. And it all starts with a positive mindset.
