Hello beautiful people =)

I hope you all had a beautiful day . My day today started as allways with working out 06.30 and making my smoothies with strawberries & banana mmmm tasted really good ,fresh & Healthy .

Today I got the pictures from trollbu masterphotografers and the shoot turned out to be very good .I m so excited to share some of my photoshoot pictures with you all as I promised last night .I want to thank trollbu masterphotografers for their support as well I want to thank headmasters  for the support support they give me .there are so many amazing people I want to thank first of all my family thank you god bless you all ,my friends thank you all <3

I learned that the only way you are going to get anywhere in life is to work hard at it. Whether you're a musician,a model, a writer, an athlete or a businessman, there is no getting around it. If you do, you'll win-if you don't you won't.A woman can be as great as she wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication.Being dedicated and having the determination to work hard for your goal that s the key to success.the competitive drive and be willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile it can be done just work hard cause it hard to beat a person who never gives up.Nothing is impossible ,the word it s self says I m possible .Along with success comes a reputation for wisdom.Today is my tomorrow.its up to me to shape it .TO take control and size every opportunity.The power is in the choices make we make each day.Every second of your life matters ,the time ,the sweat ,the devotion ,if pays off .

Hey sunshines

For en fantastisk fin dag! I dag våknet jeg til en skinnende sol, rett inn på soverommet. Det er noe av det beste jeg vet! Jeg har en sommerferie-følelse som jeg ikke kommer over. Gleder meg så innmari mye til å møte mine herlige venner og en del av min høyt elskede familie som jeg ikke har møtt på snart ett år. Det er den tiden på året hvor jeg lar all stress leave my body og kun har fokus på meg og mine. I love them to death and thank them for always supporting me and believing in me♥♥

I dag har jeg vært å snakket med makeupartister og frisører angående samarbeidspartner-delen, noe som gikk overraskende bra. Jeg vil komme med mer informasjon når jeg har helt sikre svar på hvem det blir, noe som jeg tenker at jeg har ganske så snart:)

Denne dagen starta tidleg med forbereding og faktaopplysningsmøte med Svein Magne Tenfjord ved Island Offshore. Vi snakka litt om kordan denne ordninga starta og kvifor den blei oppretta, før vi hadde eit intervju med Joar Ødegård frå Herøynytt. 

I dag så har Island offshore 8 læreplassar med denne ordninga der dei tek opp 4 nye lærlingar kvart år. Lærlingane kjem ombord Island Constructor som er ein båt som er klassifisert som avansert flyttbar innretning, og dermed har ordninga med 2 veker ombord og 4 veker fri. Ein jobbar 50/50 på land og på sjøen. Hotella som Island Offshore har eit samarbeid med er Knutholmen AS, Alexandra hotell Loen og Quality hotell Sogndal. Orginalt så var denne ordninga berre eit prøve prosjekt, men som har vist seg å verte ganske populær og eit tiltrekkande tilbud for dei som skal søke læreplass. Det fine med denne ordninga er at ein får opplæring både på sjø og på land, ein får det beste av to retningar og fleire kontakter og referansar for jobb seinare i livet. Ein kan bli ein veldig attraktiv arbeidar innen kokkeyrket. Og før ein dreg ut på sjøen så er der folk som sørgar for at du har alle dei nødvendige kursa på plass. Nemlig helivelt, imo 60 og OLF kurs, som også er minstekravet for å jobbe på båt. Ein annan muligheit denne ordninga tilbyr er muligheita til å jobbe 1-2 mnd i anten Murcia i Spania eller La Rochelle i Frankrike på eit Leonardo stipend. 

Denne erfaringa for meg har vert heilt fantastisk. Eg er sjølv med på denne ordninga og vil gjerne opplyse andre som skal ta ei utdanning innen kokkeyrket å prøve ut dette programmet.

Et lignende bilde henger på veggen min, slik at jeg ser det hver eneste dag. Jeg føler at denne konkurransen har så mye med dette å gjøre! Dette bilde gir meg inspirasjon til ikke å gi opp. Man er nødt til å ønske det sterkt nok og gi alt! Uansett hva andre mennesker tenker og syns om hva du driver med, må du stenge ut alt det negative som holder deg tilbake, og konsentrere deg om alt det positive. Finne sin egen drivkraft på ett vis. 

Noen ganger er det lurt å ta to steg tilbake, for å tenke over hva som faktisk er målet ditt. Det å ha et mål er utrolig viktig for om du blir suksessfull i det du driver med eller ikke. Jo mer målbevisst man er, jo nærmere er man gevinsten!

My Day started with working out like always 06.30 working out ,feeling sexy,fresh & ready to conquer the world.The day to day has been amazing getting to spend time with my amazing family who motivates me and supporting me 100% In what I do .I m very blessed & Lucky to have you all .I would be where I am today because of you ,if I didnt have ur support I wouldt have made it this far so Thank you god bless you all ..Tomorrow is a New day and I m so excited to see my photoshoot pictures tomorrow .I will be sharing thoose pictures with you all tomorrow as soon as I get them =) Today I styled my self hair & make up ,I m still proud to wear my title ..Lets hope we make new beautiful moments and memories together and frendship for life .Now I will be getting ready to get my beauty sleep ,so I wish you all a good night sleep beautiful people ...

The people that you meet to day will affect your life, and the success and downfalls you experience, help to create who you are and who you will become . Makes me that much stronger .This makes me work a little bit harder ,it makes me so much wiser .fighting for my dream makes me a fighter ,cause its hard to beat a person who never gives up.makes me learn faster ,makes my skin a little bit thicker ,makes me so much smarter , I fighting for what I believe in makes that makes me a fighter . I appreciate every moment of the day ,cause time is precious .Life is all about creating beautiful memories ,creating moments that will last forever .

Live for today,love for tomorrow and luagh at all your yesterday.Never regret the past ,always hope for the future,cause you can help to create a better future and inspire people to make a better world for all of us .If I was given a chance to be a role model ,I would  take it because I can influence a persons life in a positive light ,And that s what I want to do.thats what its all about .I believe in recovery,and I believe that as a role model I have the responsibility to let young people know that You can make mistakes and come back from it ..cherrish every moment you have ,create memories ,Appreciate every second of your life ,cause we never know when the people we love might never be there one day ...fill your everyday with Love ,hope,laugh as much as u can ,smile to the world ,the world will smile back to you ...

A smile is a language even a baby understands=)

God kveld!

Håper dere alle har hatt en superdeilig fridag. Tror det er flere enn bare meg som trengte det! Dagen min startet med en tidlig løpetur i et fantastisk fint vær. Senere fikk jeg et kjempekoselig besøk av en liten fetter på to år som jeg elsker å tilbringe tid med! Jeg laget oss middag og deretter tok vi oss en tur ut til parken. Så, jeg kan absolutt ikke klage på dagen i dag. Alt jeg trenger nå, er en god natts søvn så blir dagen nok dagen i morgen like bra!
